SWORN DECLARATION
A sworn declaration is a personal statement made both verbally and in writing in which the declarant affirms the truthfulness of the statement under oath before consular authorities. Consequently, the information provided by the declarant is presumed to be true until proven otherwise.
It is important to take the time to review the details of the procedure and the requirements you must meet when attending your appointment; failure to provide the necessary documentation will result in your inability to be served.
Requirements:
1. Consular appointment.
2. National Identification Document (DNI) or valid passport.
3. Passport-sized photograph.
4. Depending on the type of declaration you wish to make, you must bring the document substantiating the facts you intend to declare under oath.
5. Bank draft or money order payable to the Consulate of Honduras, in US dollars.
